Difference between JP-EZ and JP regular trigger?

What's the difference besides easier fitting and a higher price?

Does the JP-EZ trigger kit privide a better result than the regular JP unit and is it worth the extra cost?

They are basically the same. The EZ trigger just makes it easier to time the disconnector. Also it only has an overtravel screw instead of an engagement and overtravel screws.

The end result with respect to trigger weight and feel will be the same. The EZ trigger is just a simplified installation.

And although I have never experienced a failure of a properly installed old style JP trigger, having one less screw minimizes a criticism of those who find that important.

I just picked up two EZ's as I could not find the "old units".

JP, who is not one to lead us astray, says this one will give you everything

you had with the old unit will less chance of error during installation.

The increase in price comes in with an added part to accomplish this EZ fit

task...the safety. The safety has a adjustment screw so you do not

have to cut to fit the disconnector tail.

I report back once I have one of these in, up and running!

Best to all
