Big Willy
Hello one and all from the great white north (Minnesota)! Well... I did it! After hearing a couple of my friends talk about reloading, how much fun it is and how you can improve grouping, I jumped in with both feet. The Master Card is still hot after hitting up Dillon not once but twice. I picked up a RL550B with all of the goodies for the 4 calibers (44 magnum, 45ACP, 5.56/.223 & 30-06) I wanted to be able to reload. Now it’s time to find a top of the line case trimmer, media removal system and the miscellaneous case prep tools (de-burring and primer area prep). Oh, I also have a reloading bench to build!!! Much reading and planning to do! Take care, Willy

Erik S.
You will love reloading! For the 30-06, get a redding competition powder measure and a long powder die....will mount right up to the dillon. Lyman makes decent trimmers as well as cas prep tools.....don't need anything too fancy there, just uniform tools and repeatability. As for media removal, after tumbling, tumble again in clean, untreated corncob for 30-45min. Shiny and clean....ready for the sizer. You'll have to size then tumble, then prime in 3 separate steps with the '06 Good luck! Ton of resources here!

Reshoot
Green horn alert? Well, thanks for the heads up! Reloading is a hobby in itself. I like the challenge of making a long gun the best it can be.
