My modified Hi-Capa Dragon

Hi :)

I've been shooting for quite a while, got my Marui Hi-Capa 4.3 and thought about modifying my old Dragon I got from Evike :)

Here's how it all began:

1. The standard look

KJ Works grip installed

2. thumb_img.jpg

I don't have pictures of what happened inside before I added a red dot scope, but:

full trigger parts set was replaced by steel ones (I mean, disconnector, valve knocker, sear, hammer... what did I forget to mention?)

P.S. Don't get these parts if they were manufactured by 5KU - I've been polishing them for several days until the gun started working.

feather weight alluminum blowback engine installed

140% both recoil and hammer springs installed

Red dot scope installed

And then I got bored :) (already got the idea?)

OK... Let's do some real sanding...

5. thumb_img.jpg

Here it is, lies fully sanded, polished slide, and still not coated with anythng... I assembled it just for the looks :)

6. thumb_img.jpg

OK... Time to do something to get closer to finishing...

Recoil spring made by AIP (alluminum) was installed (for hi-capa 4.3)

Other side :)

Still not finished, but I already like it :)

Well... It weighs like a horse... I mean, my dragon now weighs ~1.345 kg :)

It's time to tighten the red dot scope securely and go practise now :)

Feel free to comment :)

Nice dragon. One thing good about the dragon is the fixed barrel. It's still a bit loose, but one can tap a screw in there to fix it securely to the front portion of the slide.

It also cycles faster than the normal WE since the slide is lighter by default.
