Joe4d
is it moving in the dovetail ? looks like either the sight is too small or the dovetail in the gun is too big. You may need a shim or start over with a new sight and a pusher.
joedodge
shimming is a possibility. its a brand new sight but a pusher wasnt an option i have an adjustable rear so the front sight is 300 thousands tall to tall for most pushers i have acces to what would you use as a shim. Loves2Shoot
You could remove the fo, drill a hole through the sight and slide and pin it.
joedodge
would i just use a roll pin to pin the sight. And set it flush with the inside of the slide and flush in the top of the sight .
Loves2Shoot
Yes, a roll pin, lower than flush on the sight and flush or less in the slide. You can also do it in the dovetail if you are using the .100 and don't care if you see the pin. Edited March 31, 2011 by Loves2Shoot

A63111
Dave Dawson has a video that may help http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=125216 . If not try contacting him. He is very good with help on his products. He does suggest GREEN Loctite to secure a sight.
