sandman_sy
My Blue Machine is on its way. I have a lot of stuff in my head right now, as i was preparing the reloading(office table) bench, a thought came to my head.. do you resize the brass first?? then GRX?? then go to the Dillon 550b process?? Does this mean i'm going to be resizing the brass 3 times/? Help.. for all the GRX with Dillon user.. what your process??
yoshidaex
GRX on a single stage press first. After its been thru the GRX, case goes into the case feeder.
glefos
I believe you just need a decapping die in your Dillon once you push through size on the single stage press.

highxj
Nope, you don't resize before the GRX, but you still need to afterwards...

Artsville
are most guys lubing before the grx stage? I assume you have to....How does one do that on single cases? I am use to one shot and shake....into the feeder. I started reloading on a 650 so don't know the other methods of lubing brass. thnx art

I dump a couple of handfuls into a mixing bowl and spray them with lube, then shake them around. One Shot works OK, but I have found that the Dillon lube reduces the effort required at the handle. Artsville
yeah i was sort of thinking about just running all my match ammo thru grx in my spare time. How long is the lube good for? If i lube it for the grx and then weeks later decided to load the brass should i re-lube? I guess it wouldn't hurt to just re-lube. just wondering thanx....i am not getting much bulged brass but i do get some occasionally that fail the case gauge and my barrel. Maybe 8 or so out of 600 or so rounds.......

I just process a bunch of brass and then they are ready for the 550.
