rtr
I have a .223 calibrated TA-11 that I like. It currently doesn't have a rifle to live on, but I have a Larue PredatAR in 7.62 on order, for precision stuff I have a Nightforce to put on it. But for 3gun I'm wondering if I can use my TA-11 on it and have the reticle work somehow. Anybody ever figured out a way to make it work or am I gonna have to sell/trade the ACOG? You could put in on the 308 and shoot it, and try to figure out where the hash marks work out.
latewatch
I've used my TA11 with .223 on my DPMS .308 before. Just zero it and then test it to see what range your stadia lines match up.
pjb45
Go look at the IOR website. Its scope is the same reticle for 223 with 62gr and the 308 with a 155 gr bullet http://www.valdada.com/reticules.aspx
DocMedic
While not a Acog, this is what I get with 165gr.
