chino
The other day I was dry firing and notice when I hand cycled the slide back with my hand that the firing pin was still exposed past the breach face. The pin stood exposed untill the slide was almost all the way to the rear. Is this normal? Its my first glock(34) so I dont no if this is normal. Thanks,Mike. Garfield
Just checked my G17 to see what it does. When I tilt the barrel towards the ground and cycle, the firing pin is protruding form the breech face, when I tilt the barrel to the sky it isn't. My G17 works just fine, so I guess it's normal just as CGR said, and I believe he knows what he is talking about Edited to replace "sky" with "ground" at the first occasion in my sentence above.
