Dan Sierpina
Hey... they're doing "Team Brian"... you think we could get Horner and do Team Dan? My kung-fu is weak, but I AM shooting my .308 in the match. DanO Dan, I'm not making this match. Unlike Jesse, who seems to be able to make all the matches. Daniel Horner would carry the whole team though. Let him shoot and just toss some rounds downrange.

VegasSean
No shot size limit, you provide the ammo for your team Can you expand on this statement? Is that birdshot only, or are slugs and/or buckshot allowed? Thanks!
benelli2
I'm shooting slugs and buckshot, tehy are allowed, I would prefer if everyone else jsut shot birdshot but that wouldn't make it a challange, bring on the big loud, hard stuff
benelli2
On another note, LaRue will be having a demo area that is a bit more than that, they are going to have some special folks helping them actually do some educational classes on rifle shooting at thier demo. Everyone needs to figure in about 40 minutes to go spend some time with these folks and learn a few things about the products, how to use them and about some complimentary gear from other vendors sitting atop thier rifles, shooting will range from about 25 yds to 8-900 so some new ground for some folks Be sure and thank them for making the trip all the way from texas with , guns, ammo, targets, experts and bringing the brisket trailer smoler cooker, to help feed the machine. jc Edited August 17, 2011 by benelli2

Nuke8401
Post #929 updated with AP and CAT. I also added: Police Store, Sinclair International Inc., and TALON. They were on the match website as sponsors but not on the list. I also saw Joseph P. DeBergalis JR, NRA Board Member, on the sponsor list. Should we be adding him to our thankyou list? David E. Nuke8401
A couple of scoring questions: 1. I see it has changed from Straight time plus to a system where each stage is worth 100 points (fastest time) Why the change? Seems like this would be more work for the same outcome? I'm new to the 100 point system, just trying to understand. 2. For paper targets: If you shoot at a target and have all misses, then it is a 20 second penalty? 10 seconds FTN and 5 seconds for each miss? Assuming 2 shots required? If you don’t shoot at a target it is a 15 second penalty? 10 seconds for not making the hits and 5 seconds for TNE? Assuming 2 shot required? Confused. David E.
