STI mags in an HK USP 40

i read an article in the front sight last year maybe about using STI or SV mags in an HK USP 40. i am interested in trying this but need to madify the mags to work with the HK mag catch. Does anyone know where this cut needs to be or how large? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I've done it, but it's a lot of work. I wouldn't want to do it again, first time was just an experiment. You also have to modify the follower/mag tube so it will activate the slide stop or else the gun will lock up completely if you shoot it dry. It's easier and almost cheaper to find some "unmarked" Expert mags.
