lonegunman
I contacted Johnny about getting new mag holders to replace the old style because they are cracking on the bottom of the retention rails. I e-mailed Limcat around the begining of Feb., got a response saying it would be no problem and send a mailing address. 1 1/2 weeks later no package. I thought perhaps for some reason they did'nt get the address and sent it again. Week later still no package. Sent another e-mail asking if there is a problem, maybe behind in production, still no response. I can understand if there are problems but to be ignored is another thing. Has anyone had the same thing happen to them? Unfortunately I will have to go with another style of mag holder because these are virtually usless to me now. Thats too bad because I really like the Limacats.
Wakal
Johnny is a nice guy, but he is really really really really REALLY really really (whew) really really slow. I was stocking his holsters and magazine holders for a while, but I got tired of ordering stuff and waiting six months for stuff he told me he had on hnad. You are not alone...he is just slow. But a nice guy...eventually he will take care of you (based on all my experiences with him ) Alex
BSeevers
I never even got a response on a holster question. Sold it and never regreted it. Seems like poor response and communication is normal. Lot's of better choices now.
Tom Mainus
I won a certificate for one of his holsters at area 2. I just got it the other day. I lost track of how many times I tried to contact him. Holster looks great, appreciate him sponsering the match, has to work on the customer relations aspect of the business.
lonegunman
Looks like I will be purchasing the 773 holders. Even if Johnny is a nice guy its not anyway to run a business. I imagine he's selling alot of product to first time customers because if he relied on repeat business he'd be toast. If I get the replacments before the next ice age they probably go up for sale. TheOtherErik
In his defense, I belive he has great products and has done alot for the sport. I have allways had a repsonse in a reasonable amount of time. He is however pretty much a one man show. If you want to show support, I would buy his products through his distributors.
