blake7676
hi all, i just moved to the houston tx area and i am looking for someone or a group to shoot with in the area. i shot comp trap and skeet in college and figured pistol would be a fun next step. so if there is anyone out there willing to mentor the new guy i would be very greatful. BBoyle
Look on the USPSA website and find some local clubs in your area. Contact a match director and I am sure that they will help you get whatever you need to start if you do not have it already. After you get a few matches under your belt I am sure you will find a group that you get along with, Before you know it you will have many shooting buddies. I see my shooting buddies more than my best friends. Brian
chirpy
Check out the "Club Finder" on the IDPA site also. I shoot both USPSA and IDPA and they are great people. Richard

JAFO
Get involved with the club by helping out with match setup and teardown, and you'll get to know the guys a lot faster. Everyone is usually very appreciative of the help.
jaggy13
We have a local forum a lot of us are members on. Its a great way to stay in touch or make new friends, then on match day setup tear down and have fun at the comp with your new friends.
