I would like to shoot the same loads frm my sig 226 in

a 9mm ar. 10-16" barrel. I shoot 9mm minor 115-120gr

bullets 135 pwr factor on reloads and some white box.

The barrels on the uppers all have different twists

1-10 to 1-16.Plan to use the ar on uspsa/ipsc type

fun runs.any recommendations. thanks

You need a power factor of 150 to make minor in rifle.

Probably isn't going to happen given the big difference in barrel lengths. Only real way to find out is to shoot some rounds out of both guns over a chrono.

If you're looking to have fun, then talk the local USPSA club into recognizing Pistol Caliber Carbine. Just run the 9mm AR in handgun matches.

No PF problems (You'll have no problems making Minor, all you need)and maximum fun.

If you have a 16" barrel on your 9mm, you'd be surprised at how many 9mm loads make Rifle Minor. 150 PF? Not a problem.
