Rufus The Bum
I have a Trubor barrel which I'd like to drill a few barrel ports (I have a mill). Where on the barrel do I drill them? Is there a certain point on the barrel which is considered the "sweet" spot for ports? Or is it just a matter of being careful and just drilling a couple of .175" holes about 1" from the end of the barrel? How many should I drill? 2? 3? 4? By the way the top of my slide has been milled out, exposing the barrel, so the slide is not a factor.
benny hill
First one about .400 back from end of slide. Any more about .450 apart.
