spook, I'm still debating on whether to share my shooting order secret. :P I have tried it nearly every way imaginable, and I think there are basically two ways to shoot it, and both might be a little unconventional.

A little hint, L-R or R-L is not the way to do it! I'll divulge all in a little while when I have convinced myself that the above is true.

Can't wait to shoot some more Steel Challenge.

OK, I'm impressed. I did independently work out MM's shooting order, but the best I can do is a 2.088 (Limited Division mouse). Probably not too bad for an old guy who had carpal tunnel surgery a couple of years ago.

OTOH I did beat all the college kids in my Human Physiology class on the reaction time tester today. (I rubbed it in pretty good that they shouldn't be getting beat by an old man.)

Cheers,

Ok, the key to my super-speedy runs (though Matt's getting close) is...

Tablet PC. Grab the pen and dink the plates directly.

Touchscreen's almost as good

Btw, Matt, I'm down to 1.485 now. :) That's getting close to LOHF for me.

Shred: Der Uber-Gamer. ;)

Yeah, I figured it would cross the line into cheating to write a little program to forge the appropriate mouse-clicks where and when I wanted them. :P

Getting low 2's consistently with a Wacom graphics tablet and pen. Haven't worked hard at it, and got to there with just a few tries. Not as good as a touch screen, but still open division gear. 2.8 - 3.2 is my best with a mouse so far. 6-5-4-3-1-2-Stop is my preference for engagement order.
