colt
How can I send match results out so that not everyone's name is not showing that I sent it too. Using outlook express. Thanks Brent
a.roberts
Punch the e-mail addresses into the "Bcc:" field. Blind carbon copy, no one will see anyone else's address. eta: just did some quick reading, Bcc: may not hide addresses from other recipients. It seems like it depends on the particular service. I'd do a test run with a couple of people who already know each other's e-mail address for sure. Edited November 5, 2010 by a.roberts

spanky
Use your address in the To: field and the recipients in the Bcc field.

davidwiz
A lot of professional people dont' have a clue about the BCC. Worse, these same people *love* the reply-all button. Argghhhh!!!
Guest eddieanton
If you want each person's name, only their names appear in the field, you need to send a single message to everyone. This is nature of the Internet mail. When you send a mail piece more people, they all get the same, and CC fields. You can see the field as To, CC and BCC. So you should write all the mail address to whom you send the email into the BCC which stands as Blind Carbon Copy.
