Carbon 15 9mm rifle?

I ran across one of these today, it's about the same price as a Rock River upper and a mag block. I like the idea of having a separate rifle in 9mm to play with, rather than having to swap out (and possibly tune) a 9mm upper & mag block every time I want to shoot it. I'm a little wary of the Carbon 15 rifle, though. It seems they don't have a great reputation for durability, though the people that have ones they like really like them.

Does anyone with firsthand experience have any feedback they can give me?

I've had mine for 3-4 years. Probably put several thousand rounds through it. It generally runs good, the only problem I had with it is occasionally failing to go into battery. I put a heavier buffer spring in which helped. (This may be a magazine problem as well as, I use c products mags in it and the round's extractor groove seems to hang up on the leading edge of the feed lips when the mag is fully loaded) Where I'm at I can shoot it at the weekly indoor pistol match and get some more trigger time with a long gun.
