fiddler
How It's Made - not a dramatic or comedic series but hypnotic and fascinating Buffy the Vampire Slayer Big Bang Theory is my current favorite Star Wars the Clone Wars - despite being a cartoon it has the best acting of any of the franchise Lost - but I still feel angry and betrayed by the lame-o ending and can't recommend anyone watch it. Graham Smith
Series: Babylon 5 Sherlock Holmes (Jeremy Brett) Avengers (Emma Peel years) The Outer Limits (original) Twilight Zone (original) Possible runners up (for various reasons) Crusade (Babylon 5 spin-off) could have been great if the network had just let the creators run with it Millennium had some interesting potential but ran off the tracks in Season 2 Earth 2 had real potential (if one annoying character would just die) but the network didn't know what to do with it. Do you see a pattern here...

Nemo
I've never had much discipline to get hooked on series. I'd love to know The Sopranos and eventually I'll get the dvd's and watch the 10 years in a couple of weeks. Nonetheless, I do have a list... Band of Brothers Lonesome Dove Sons of Anarchy (BigGuy got me hooked on this one) Terriers (brand new and enjoying it) True Blood

Sean Gaines
There was some good ones mentioned, some I haven't seen Favirotes: Dexter Band Of Brothers Sopranos-hated the ending Shield-could have done some real dammage on showtime or hbo. Deadwood-should have been longer TV shows: Sienfeld Twilight zone-older ones westerns like: Gunsmoke, the rifleman-I always had to watch the start of that show, with him rattling rounds out! 3 stooges cops

benos
All time, Band of Brothers Current, Sons of Anarchy I'm watching those two right now. It's amazing how different you feel watching each one. Often during the Band of Brothers you are on the edge of your seat - it's super intense and super serious. But the Sons are just fun. Except for the occasional back being burned off with a blow torch, or a guy being executed with a shot to the throat. be
