Mattog22
I will be getting a LR308 soon. I understand how it will reduce felt recoil and speed up the bolt but what else needs to be done to make it work and not cause excessive wear and tear on the gun. Can I just send my BCG out to have it lightened instead of buying a whole new one? Do I need a different buffer? Do I need an adjustable gas block? Thanks
B_Ayers
Contact Benny Hill @ Triangle Shooting Sports, he is a fellow 3 gunner and an excellent gunsmith. He does these all the time. You can find him under the sponsors for the forums. He just finished doing his stuff on a new 308 upper for me.

davidwiz
+1 to sending it to Benny. He knows what he is doing and charges a very good price for his work.
