North Posted July 16, 2010 Share Posted July 16, 2010 I have two months to decide what to put on a 1911 that I am working on for my son. After two months I will not have access to laser engraver free of charge. Right now the slide is in the white. The engraver is awesome, I copy and past text, I can import and engrave pictures, about the only thing it doesn't do is color. My son just turned 5 and is named after his grandfather. Thoughts... I let my sons design stuff all the time. That way they can think of stuff on there own. I just milled my sons Ruger 22/45 and it looks like a triangle from the front. It will be his for as long as he wants it. Also he can say "my dad did this".Gives you the warm fuzzy inside Talk to your son and see what he wants.
