landsharks are for skinny feet shaped like a "C" If you have wider rectangular feet about the only thing that will fit right are adidas turf football cleats. I had to order them because most stores only stock tiny foriegn kid soccer cleats,

Me: I need some cleats,

Clerk: what for ?

Me: Shooting

Clerk: You need cleats for shooting?

Me: Nope need cleats for stopping before I shoot,

Clerk: well we have all these skinny kid cleats,

Me: you got any big fat guy cleats ?

Clerk: unnmm no hah haha haha, they dont buy cleats,

Me: Oh yeh ever heard of an offensive lineman?

...even Larry the Cable Guy would say thats funny!

Been using Nike Land Sharks for the last few years; our local range used to have loose dirt so I would always be slipping with the running shoes I used to use. I may try some aggressive sole hiking shoes when these wear out.

When I bought my Sharks at Sports Authority, the clerk asked me what sport I needed them for. She gave me a quizical WTH look when I told her for shooting. :goof:

I like the Boombah Resistance Turf . did you mail order or is there a store near you that has them in stock?

I would like to try them on before I mailorder?

thanks

I ordered them, usually wear a 11.5 but took the comment advice and ordered 1/2 size larger and they fit perfect.

vibram 5 fingers. is what i wear now. running and shooting on desert type dirt, i have gone through a lot of cleats (baseball to football) i found that i wear the cleat down fairly fast. the cleats lasted about 3 months until they were flat.

vibrams are fast! plus you never have to look down to visually see a fault line.
