Im going to the SSC again this year

Last year I used to double mag pouches. 1 Blade Tech / 1 Uncle Mikes.

This year I want to use 773's. Are they legal?

I would email Russell Cluver (link with email address is below) and ask. I have used Safariland 077 mag pouches for four years and there was never a problem. I thought TGO used 771's or 773's in 2002. Russell can clarify the rule if you have questions.

I have shot the SSC the past two years in a row and am pretty sure 773's are legal, but as the others said, ask.

I tried to e-mail Russel but the address that they give you is no good. I'll have to call.

Im almost positive 3 guys in my squad last year used them. Of course they wore them vertical and behind the mid line of the body.

I'll find out Monday. Im going to talk to one the guys that I think used them.

If that don't work I'll call on the phone.

I take all your mag pouches must be worn vertical?

If not (ie can you lean them forward?), then try the Hellweg 255 Mag pouch. 360degree rotation. Available left and right handed.
