RangerTrace
After a three month break, due to job transfers, house selling, house buying, etc., I get to shoot my first match of the year tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how I do with less than a dozen dry fire sessions and 300 rounds down the barrel of my new Infinity. I'm looking forward to seeing my friends in Greenville, Texas

38superman
Back in the saddle. I managed to make it out to MSSA for a local match last Sunday. It had been 14 months since I sent a round down range. I really expected to be very rusty, especially since I did no dry firing, no preparation of any sort. Surprisingly, it was as if I never left. I shot a fairly clean match and did okay against the usual suspects. It's an excellent crew that inhabits that club,... loaded with master class open gunners. I don't know if this means much, maybe IPSC is like riding a bike. Once you get it, you got it. That doesnt make a lot of sense though. I would think a finesse game would require constant work to maintain skills. I'd be curious to know what others have experienced when coming back after a long layoff. I did some searching on the subject but didn't find much. Tls

RangerTrace
Not an outstanding performance, but above par for the practice I've put in during the last 4 months. Most importantly, the Infinity ran 100% for 200 rounds with untuned SV mags I'm very happy with the pistol.
