Bio bbs won't feed

I'm using a LuxAir HG-185 G17 with metal slide. Trying to shoot .20G 6mm bio Arctic White bbs label says are from cybergun.com and they wont' feed in the magazine. Their surface is rough compared to the plastic bbs that came with gun and they don't move up and down freely when I slide the mag spring. I tried silicone lube on the mag/spring channel but the bio bbs still get hung up. They appear to the naked eye to be just slightly bigger around than the plastic bbs. Anyone else experience this?
