  1. I have been working up some loads with Bayou Bullets and Ramshot Comp for 9 minor and steel challenge. Just thought I would share what I learned. All the data is with Ramshot comp as a powder, CCI small pistol primers, bayou bullets and range brass. temp was about 70 degrees. All fired out of a Springfield Armory RO in 9mm charge Bullet Vel Extreme spread COL power factor accuracy 3.3 gr 147gr bullet 927 29 1.125 136 1-2 inches at 18 off hand 3.1 gr 147gr 905 26 1.125 133 same 3.5 gr 135 gr 980 39 1.110 132 2-3 inches 3.8 gr 124gr RN 1036 17 1.145 128.5 1-2 inches 3.8 gr 124gr TCG 1028 29 1.100 128 1 inch Steel challenge loads. 3.3 gr 105gr 1010 46 1.095 106 1-2 inches mouse farts. Functioned in the pistol with a 10lb spring. Same spring I used with the other loads. As far as feel, I did not like the 147 gr. Gun is too sluggish. I loved the 124 gr TCG. Gun shot great, accurate and the sights came back faster. Much to my surprise my 11 year old also liked the 124's better. I hope this helps someone out there.
