  1. I plan to build a CZ P09 for Carry Optics. Settled on using CZC mag extensions but confused about which springs to use. I prefer Grams but cannot find definitive information regarding availability/fit. Willing to use a different type of spring (CZC, Wolff, etc.) but information is scarce/confusing. Anyone running 140mm mags for a P09 with information willing to share?
  2. I would like to get some feedback on which magwell & base pads I should add to my P-09. The only magwells I know about are Springer Precision & CZ Custom. Both of them make the larger base pads for mags, but so does Greg Cote, LLC. Pro's & con's of any of the above? Others I am not thinking about? Thanks.
  3. I've been using this gun in local bullseye matches with good results. Every month or two, I will go to the rifle range, hang some 9" paper plates or bullseye B-8c targets, put a colored 3x3 card about 8" above the center of the plate, off set for the average wind, go back to the table and shoot a few groups using a forearm rest. This pistol has a Burris Fast Fire III red dot on it. I have about 5k rounds through the gun. It feels and sounds like a plastic gun but is a fantastic shooter. Here is a video of the best 100 yard group to date. Wind here in West Texas is a problem, especially in the Spring. May not ever shoot another one this good. I can routinely get 5 shots on the plate at 100, but usually I use all of the plate. http://youtu.be/eYhzt7htK1s This particular P-09 has been extremely accurate, especially with the Atlanta Arms 115 JHP rounds, either match grade or reloads. I am going to declare victory at 100 yards and go back to bullseye practice for a few weeks, LOL. Joe
