Hello, my name is KC, I thank you for allowing me to join. I'm 61, 62 in a couple weeks and look forward to learning more about pistols. I have familial tremors and poor vision in my left eye, pretty good in the right. It makes shooting sessions quite comical after a few shots. I just want to advise you guys/gals to treasure your youth. Good Shooting, KC
Hello from the rainy west coast (though wonderful weather currently) in British Columbia. I picked up shooting three+ years ago and have been shooting IPSC for the past two years. Thought I should try to get better. I've been an active organizer for my local club, designed stages and even been a match director for a couple. Now I want to do better for myself by learning from others. I would like to get more into 3-gun/multigun but there are few matches locally so am trying to develop it at my home club. I shoot Production IPSC with a CZ SP01. I also shoot AR and have a Mossberg 930 JM Pro that I have been struggling with as far as getting it to work right. I've read a few posts already here about it.
Greetings. I'm a beginning 3-gun and USPSA shooter in the Bay Area, shooting primarily at the Chabot Range and Richmond Rod & Gun Club (at which I am a member). I handload .223 and .45 ACP and I'm interested primarily in exchanging technical advice and learning the art of stage construction, as I have a bit of experience designing first-person shooter levels and I'm learning that a flair for stage construction seems to go a long way in the action shooting sport. I'm still at the "run what ya brung" stage in handgun shooting; I shoot a Kimber 1911, a Noveske Rogue Hunter/Armalite SPR hybrid .556 rifle, and a Mossberg 930 JM. I started the account to ask a few stage construction questions I couldn't see answered anywhere else. I'm looking forward to learning more about the sport as I go on. Cheers all.
