Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. They seem to be putting them in the kits for the super 1050 these days. But them not having a list of what is in the parts kit caused me not to identify it and created a whole slew of other issues including ordering c-clips rather than e-clips to fix it and losing the spring! Some days you just can not win.
  2. Thanks I found the clips! I would have sworn that they were not in the parts kit as they looked way too large. It matters not now as I have also lost the spring due to not having the clip handy DIllon could earn a lot more of my trust, if they used their brains, and had a parts list with the part kit that matched parts numbers on the individual parts in the kit so that you could identify parts. (Palmetto state armory does this with their lower receiver parts kit and it is invaluable when you first start out building AR lowers) You can't even find a part number or sizing info for the clip on any of Dillon's documentation. Nor can you find them on their web site. How many ways can they drop the ball? As things stand I don't know what at least half of the parts in the master parts kit are! Even if they had the decapping/sizing spring in the kit, it would be difficult to identify it because the original is lost!
  3. I just went to Amazon, and none of the e-clip kits have 5/32", and it sure is not in my master parts kit that they hit me up for. Going to write this size down in the manual as I am sure Dillon left out that detail also. Thanks for the info.
  4. Thank you for this thread. It's the WE and Dillon is not available. The clip popped off while reloading and.... Thanks to Dillon's myopia: 1.)They did not put any info on the die instructions, and I ended up ordering 1/8" c-clips from Amazon because they got here in 24 hours. 2.) I bought their questionable master parts kit for the 1050 and of course there is no 1/4" e-clip in the kit. (nor the spring - nor the pin that is easy to lose on the seating die) 3.) Searched the hell out of their site, and they don't list this part.. 4.) Tried 3rd parties that would answer on the WE and they said to go to the closed down Dillon people. 5.) Thanks to not having an e-clip replacement, I have now lost the spring!! The more time that goes by the less I am fond of Dillon the company. The press is just fine, it is just dealing with the continued short sightedness on their part that is difficult to stomach. Thanks this thread helped a lot. Joe
  5. Too much noise here and I see no clear quick answer to the question: "Clearing A Pocket Pro II Timer" I just went and shot it and have what I guess is an 8 shot string and the POS manual doesn't tell you how to clear the string. It is also very poor in explaining how to read their data. I under stand what a split time is but after reading the entire POS manual I don't know what the number before the string # means. Thanks in advance. PS another issue I had with the manual was in setting the time with the correct Am or PM had a special trick and it was not in the fraking manual either.
