The senate has added a rider to the lawsuit bill. It will still have to pass the house now and I do not think that will happen. This time it was with a knife however CNN still reported it as a shooting: Michael Hernandez, 14, signed a statement admitting he killed the boy and the knife used in the attack was found in his backpack, Miami-Dade County police Detective Randy Rossman said Wednesday. Police had obtained a search warrant for the backpack. I see nothing about a gun in that statement but two paragraphs down: In the Florida shooting, Hernandez was charged with first-degree murder late Tuesday, police said. A court appearance was set for Wednesday afternoon I never knew a knife could shoot bullets.

If it is crossing state lines then it must go from one FFL to another FFL. If both parties are Ohio residents then you do not need to go through an FFL. You do however have to ask to see an OHIO driver’s license or identification card to ensure that they are an Ohio resident. I am sure that if I am wrong someone will correct me. Jarrod.

It was pretty hard but to tell you the truth I have no idea how I got it.. I just messed around with it untill I got it.
