Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Now that I have both die sets in hand I can report that they are identical. Older packaging vs newer packaging. Now you know more than the entire support staff at Dillon!
  2. Many parts of the state have gotten very expensive for sure. I happen to live in one of those areas and feel very fortunate that I was able to get into a modest home before it really went crazy. I'm a Montana native but I did a 30 year career in another state, retired and moved back 8 years ago.
  3. I s#!t canned the entire Dillon priming system and I hand prime. Ya, an extra step...no biggie. Life is now good.
  4. I shoot single actions and lever actions exclusively. Reload 45 Colt on a Dillon 550. I aspire to shoot cowboy lever action silhouette.
  5. That, and the quick disassembly for cleaning, but both sets have those features. I was told on another forum that the dies are identical but the labeling changed with the "new style" being older.
  6. Can someone tell me the difference between a Dillon die set labeled... New Style Die Set 45 LC #14405 And one labeled... Carbide Progressive Die Set 45 Colt #14405
