  1. Ok I just intalled the front FO sight. I have the factory all black adj. in the rear an must say wow. So far just with dryfire prictice even with dark backgrounds theres a noticeble speed difference from target to target. Now I just need to test out my Pact mkIV that came today as well Thanks for all the input guys. -William
  2. I shoot precision bullets (not delta) and they are extremely clean and accurate. I have shot about 5k of them in the last 3 months. No problems and they get to you in about a week.
  3. oh ok thanks wasn't sure how it would look/work. Kind of nice if I dont have to spend any more money. Thanks guys -William
  4. ok I have a SA trophy match that came with the factory target sights(Novak rear cut). I just ordered the Dawson front fiber optic. The rear has a factory adjustible and seems to work fine but is all black. I ordered(not here yet) the front sight so I could see it better in low lit indoor ranges and outdoors. Should I change the rear to something with white dots or fiber optics??? What works best for most of you and please keep in mind I want to use it in IDPA. Thanks -William
  5. Thanks, but due to a business decision (for reasons I'm not going to discuss on the Forum) I'm no longer a dealer for PACT. be uh oh, I just ordered one a little over a week ago from you. I hope there isn't a problem with my order. -William lol, just got a call from Brian as soon as I finished writing my last post(I left a message for him not even 10 min. ago). He said my order went through fine. This really shows what a great person Brian is to deal with and wow he has great customer service I received my Rl650 in 3 days from when I ordered it. I will definitly buy from BE in the future. Thanks Brian -William

    This Is Great!

Her entire face looks fake in that picture.
  7. I don't see how this is any different from some of the many jokes in this forum about people being killed, hillary clinton being told to "go to the theater", redneck chick killing a "mexican and arab". At least this joke is about fictional characters and is not racist. And this is the one that is looked down upon. I don't understand that
  8. are you serious that that offends you. Its obviously a joke and I find the facial expressions funny.
  9. Ok I was practicing my dryfiring and fast reloads. I was pacticing in doors and decided I was to lazy to put on shoes. Well during the first reload the mag (filled with dummy rounds) fell straight on my toes. Wow that was painfull, even broke the skin. Dont be lazy wear shoes!!!
  10. Ok, I plan on shooting IDPA and action pistol in the near future. Although I mostly practice indoors (live in city local firing line is free to shoot with membership I have trouble seeing the front sight on my SA Trophy match. The lighting kind of sucks and it just blurs together with the background easily. Out doors I have no problem. Whats a good Legal sight. The SA TM has a rear adjustible plain black sight and a plain black front post. Thanks -William
  11. my 650 is spot on. It is a lot more accurate than I want to admit.
  12. Well I will do that but as I'm constructing the bench now I wanted some info in advance. If the mount needed to be flush with the edge then I would need to leave an overhang of some dimension to bolt the mount through. The bench I'm constructing has a double 2x4 front rail along the top. If I didn't leave an overhang then I would have to mount the press 3" back from the edge or lag screw into the double 2x4 which I would be concerned would crack under the stress of operating the press. Not as complex as it may sound but just needed a little foresight. Angel I'm currently building a bench, but its going to be more like a cabinet and finished completly in cherry. My front edge also has double 2x4's I am going to put a LONG bolt all the way through the 2x4's. I would not lag it.
  13. That is the 650 only mount. I would check with your machine to make sure before you drill holes in your bench.
  14. The numers relate to the calibers, it would be on a chart in your users manual. Starts on page 46. What caliber are you reloading for? some sizes for the shellplates are: #1 45 acp, 308 win, 30-06, 22-25, .243 win/6mm, .270 win #2 .256 win mag, .22 rim jet #5 9mm, .38 super, 9x21, .30 luger/mauser My 650 strong mount is mounted exactly 1 1/4" from the front of the mount to the edge of my table with about an 1/8"-1/4" space between the handle and table corner in the full down position.
  15. 42 grains. IMR 4895 COAL 2.800 WLR Primer Sierra Matchking 168 gr. HPBT Lapua brass, I get great results with winchester as well no crimp on a bolt gun. Here's one of my recent test targets while working up the load, the load is the top right one. This is 5 shots at 100 yards off a bipod. I shot about 400 rounds since and my average grouping is .5 or below. Each grouping is with slightly different loads. The first target has a flyer(my bad lol).
  16. uh oh I'm scared, I just ordered one and now have no idea what to expect.
  17. lol , just figured it out and fixed my post before I noticed your response. New to progressive presses as of last week.
  18. When starting a new load sesion and everything is set up. You then have to wait like 5-6 cycles to get the first primer ready to seat. Here's how to fast cycle the primer system. 1. Have an empty case is station one(sizing/decaping station) Lower the handle about half way so the shellplate/press is half way up the stroke. 2. Use your finger and cycle the larger lever (primer indexing arm) on the primer system 7 times. This will cycle the primers in the disk. At this point you will NOT see a primer in the shell plate. 3. lower the handle all the way, your first case is now sized. 4. Raise the handle to bring the press/shell plate all the way down. There should now be a primer ready to prime in your already sized case. This just makes it quicker and more easy to get the first primer ready to seat. Note this is for large primer's. I don't load anythig with small primers so I'm not sure if the small primer disk takes more cycles to get the primer in position. -William
  19. I have a trophy match and it is extremely accurate and feeds everything. A lot of people with full customs have to use specific ammo. I make my own bullets but I have not found a factory round that my trophy match won't shoot. Oh yead did I mention its as accurate as my buddy's wilson and Sti. at almost have the cost(I paid 945 for mine).
  20. I'm new to the dillon world as well, although I have been relaoding for a while on a single stage. I've loaded 500 rounds so far with clays and have been very happy. The chare has been extremely accurate with clays and I like the fact that its not a compressed charge.
  21. oh ok, unfortunately I don't have any dillon dies except for the powder one lol
  22. I'm using a Redding comp die and I have not had any problems with that die and these swc on my single stage press only on the 650
  23. First I want to say WOW this press was shipped out to me same week. Ok its a new 650 and I can't get the seating depth to be consistant. The brass is all winchester and the depth varies from 1.249-1.254 seems way excessive to me. I'm using a redding comp die and on my rock chucker the seating depth only varies from 1.249-1.250 with the same brass bullet and crimp. The powder drop is disabbled while I figure out what the problem is. The shell plate is also tight. Are all progressive pressive this sloppy??? -William
