Anybody running their czechmate in LO? are you running an optic plate or have it milled? Would it be sacrilege to mill a czechmate?

This is very true just switched from AA7 to 3n38. Not only is 3n38 more consistent on my 750 it is cleaner in the gun significantly.

Found myself with a few mikes this weekend on longer shots… I’m zero’d at 17 yards with my czechmate. At 25+ tho I seem to be hitting almost 4-6 inches high. Seems odd to me. The obvious answer is zero at 25. Just baffled me. Was curious if this is a thing? my shadow 2s are all zeroed the same way and seem to be all the way out to 25.

I get a lot of dot yo-yo in my czechmate I also was wondering if I could lessen the yo-yo if I sent my gun to Cz customs for some poppels.

I recently replaced my czechmate trigger with a cgw flatfaced trigger. I hate it. It’s too far back causes some trigger freeze I wasn’t getting with the factory plastic one. I’ did a little research found Eamann tech makes a forward reach trigger for “long fingers” any place in the states I could order from? I’m not finding any.

Any Cz 75 spring will work. I’m working off memory(which is trash) but I think I pulled an orange recoil spring out of mine and replaced it with a blue. Tuning kit from Cz custom

Yea I went with grams and from the get go the spring seems of higher quality.

I’ve had my Cz reamed so I load out to 1.75oal easily. My 170s with czc basepads and grams springs feed 28 reliable. a lot of good reason to switch tho. Now to decide on a builder

Did you prefer the 2011 over the Cz?

One season with the stuff I got from them across 5 mags with their extensions/spring/followers bought in December and had 3 of those mags fail me during a match

Just very weak springs I understand they are a consumable but I should get more than a year of use out of them.

Is it me or are the Cz custom mags springs trash. I put a set of their “10 coil” springs/followers in my 140mm in December of 2021 and have already started to get weak. I have maybe 5k through 5 different mags and they have already started to fail.

This is also a recurring thought I have that sticks out the most.

I’ve been shooting open for about a year. Using a czechmate it’s been super reliable for me. My question is, is a 2011 open gun that much better to justify the cost. I’m to the point I would like a back up gun. Do I step into a 2011? Do I buy another Cz? Also I’m a B class shooter I understand Indian and the arrow. But if there is something I’m missing with a 2011 since I’m buying another I don’t want to miss out.
