Finally read the FAQs

Finally read the FAQs (3/11)

  1. The LOK magwell did not need additional blending for my TSO.
  2. You might be able to ask Black Dot to send you dummy rounds, but their projectiles do look like Montana Gold 124gr JHP.
  3. 1) You probably mean 1.165" 2) You are going to need to know the projectile profile since ogive affects what plunks at what oal.
  4. Shooters connection or EGW sidewinder. You can also just bend your existing racker up 45 degrees.
  5. As stated above, TSO slide can be milled for RMR pattern (this includes SRO/507Comp) without needing an adapter plate. The recoil lugs end up being half-moon shaped.
  6. You could probably try doubling up with a stock SP01 spring. I think people have also doubled up sear springs, but Im not familiar with any guides for doing that.
  7. Id hope you can still do this with a TS2. On my Czechmates and TSO i have the stock TRS (red arrow) plus a reduced power Shadow2/SP01 spring (green arrow). Made my 10oz trigger more like 16-20oz.
  8. The SKU is 49559. It's now marketed as a TS2 mount, but will fit the TSO/Czechmate. I tried one out before direct milling my TSO. Ends up at about the same height as the frame mount. Doesn't help you now, but Impact Machine will direct mill (no plate) a TSO for an SRO. I believe I've seen some others offer it as well.
  9. Aside from the recoil spring assembly and compensator, the takedown is the same as a Tactical Sport/TSO. This video should be mostly comprehensive.
  10. I ordered from IPSC Store. Both times it took about 1-2 weeks. I have an aluminum LOK magwell on a 9mm TSO. LOKGrips CZ TSO | TS Series Magwell GridLOK Aluminum Material - Aluminum Weight - 1.41oz Outer dimensions (~2.89"L x 1.96"W) Inner dimensions (~2.44"Lx1.85"W) Additional depth below frame (~0.46")
  11. I get 24+1 out of my 140's with CZC extensions and guts. Some are reloadable.
  12. Magazine might have been over-inserted, causing the slide to catch on the back of the mag. You should be able to easily replicate this. You could have also had a round in the magazine engaging the slide lock, but that should've been able to be remedied by pushing down on the slide lock. Slide lock reloads are bad in USPSA anyway and to be avoided. Because of the potential for a round engaging the slide lock I only use the pins without the slide lock. I'd recommend testing for over-insertion with the remedy being to not do slide lock reloads with those 170's. I'd also recommend using the plain pins instead of the slide lock. For the stock magwell I blended the step with a dremel. The Sebo and Lok aftermarket magwells have a smaller upper opening that covers up the part that needs blending.

I had Impact Machine do mine.
