  1. Just took the CRO course and thats seems to be how there teaching it. Had to redo my field course till every target could not be shoot past the 180. They talk about the 180 trap in the book work few times. Brent
  2. It mattered to him. I got my 1st DQ a month ago in over 10 years shooting switching to the left hand and go my finger in the trigger and AD. I stop my self as the RO was new. If you AD, you know it and step up to the plate. If your shooting at targets then you know that too. Its to easy to pass some stuff off when shooting with you buddies every weekend. Brent
  3. Might take a few of us to get him down to get him in them or just his little brother!!!
  4. I got my first reloader that way from my brother. His wife was not happy she needed a new vacuum. Well maybe after the reloader was at my house!! Brent
  5. I had to change my stage I sent in for my CRO test because you could shoot 3 targets past the 180. They were in a line and you ran past them while shooting them. You could shoot them well before the 180. Had to block them so they were not available after the 180. 2.1.4 After I blocked them they were happy. Brent
  6. If your gun is in a port and under recoil you might take the front site on the gun with the top of the port or jam the gun up. Stay out side if possible. Brent
  7. What a well run match. Had a great squad and worked together well. Could have shoot better but couldn't we all. Thanks to the crew for all the hard work for no pay!!! See you at the Indiana Section Championship in Warsaw soon Brent
  8. How do they get approved then? Don't get set up like they were sent in? Hard to tell on paper. Brent

  11. A Guy at work ask me what brand of loader is his. I have no idea. Any ideas? Brent
  12. Remember that Sunday !!!! We love 40 round stages!!!
  13. 1.2.1.3 “Long Courses” in Level III or higher matches must not require more than 32 rounds to complete. Course design and construction must not require more than 8 scoring hits from any single location or view, nor allow a competitor to shoot all targets in the course of fire from any single location or view. What's illegal about it!!! Brent

The May match will be 6 stages one of them being a classifier. 3= 32rds stages , 1= 28 rds, classifier to be picked soon, a speed shoot 8 or 10 rds. Some where around 150 rds for the match. $15.00 in May but in June were going to go to $20.00 for non-members and $15.00 for members. Sign up 9:00am shooting at 10:00 Here is 2 of the stages and yes I think I got them here and reworked it in google to fit are bays.Thank you for stage idea's. Thats in Warsaw IN. Thanks Brent
  17. Just go here and look up the club. The clubs don't need to send them out anymore. http://combinedresults.info/ I love open !!! Going back to Revolver for the Ohio match now so I will leave you alone for now. Brent
  18. Missed a great match today!!! Sure RePete will post some video. Brent
  19. I will let the ram down out of the dies just enough to get the brass out and run the bras back in the dies and leave it there. It doesn't come down enough to rotate the primers. I reset the powder bar by hand to take more samples put brass back in to take another . Doing it 2 or 3 times till the powder settles out. In 12 years its never pulled the brass out of the dies once. Brent
  20. All the poppers are calibrated for minor. We are suppose to use calibration ammo that is 115 to 125 pf to calibrate the poppers. That how it works at a major match. Local match most set it by hand. If it dose not fall, that another thread. If you shoot minor the paper is where it will show on score unless you shoot all "A". There is more paper targets than steel in a match most of the time. Brent
  21. Not sure if this what your asking but , you can't have a all plate stage ( say 8" round knock down plates. No calibration, must fall, if it turns and doesn't fall its range failure.Reshoot)You have to have 1 popper or paper with the plates. You can have a all steel stage and you most have 1 popper in the stage. Brent
  22. We use to use 4x8ft walls side ways about 2 or so foot off the ground. Now we use 4x6 walls and standing on the ground. I wrote in the WSB ground to infinity to make sure no one tried it. No one did it that I know off. So if to the ground was wrote in the WSB and someone did shoot under the wall would it be like if he shoot the wall or barrel and get 2 mikes or what ever he shot? That takes the bad run out just to get a reshoot on range failure and 2.2.3.3 says they go to the ground? Brent
