Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Ramairthree My son is the same way only 22 years old he wants this, that, or the other thing. Drives me nuts. Also drives his wife nuts. He has a very nice Siaga, a very nice AR, and a pretty sweet Walther. He can shoot 3 gun and might actually do well he's a great shooter the trouble is I can't convince him that may time's it's the Indian not the bow that counts. He thinks that gadgets and accessories are what's needed to win. The thing is he is both accurate and very fast. Why is youth wasted on the young? The problem is he feels out gunned! Because he has no optic on his pistol and his Saiga is Rock and Lock, The truth is he can put some heat of the pros, because he has natural talent, using the drum he may not be at as much of a disadvantage as he thinks he is.
  2. If you use this technique how do you grip your magazine I find grabbing it low on the magazine gives me more leverage to seat the magazine properly. I used to grasp the magazine higher but that is just hard on the hands. So what do you think?

    Px4 FS

I carry and use my PX4 in every competition I plant to shoot an IDPA match in Florida with it next month.
  4. I bought an EAA Witness Limited .40 and need ah holster for it (left handed) Any recommendations ? Thanks John
  5. To each his/her own as for me I'm loyal to my home converted DIY Saiga. That gun has served me well over the years and I have the pride of knowing that I did the work myself.
  6. The 1919 is similar to your AR (I assume you are using an AR) My choice was the Saiga 12 I suggest you go over to the Saiga 12 board and checkout the Vepr along with the 1919 areas. Speaking for myself I'm not a one size fits all kind of guy. Currently there are a ton of aftermarket parts for the Saiga, Also with a Saiga you can do the work yourself and if you have a question the friendly folks at forum-saiga-12.com will be happy to answer it for you.
  7. Hey guys I'm sitting here watching 3 gun nation and I have a question regarding shotgun extended magazine tubes, A lot of shotguns have magazine tubes extending up to a foot or more past the barrel. My question is if your magazine is that long why not get a longer barrel to at least match the length of the magazine? I run a Saiga 12 and absolutely love it. Please pardon my ignorance when it comes to tube fed shotguns. Thanks John
  8. This Idea has my vote for what it's worth the only change I'd make is 8 rounds max instead of 5.
  9. Vepr no question it is a weapon made for war and as such will last you a life time.
  10. Mag fed Benelli is to me over thinking the problem. But good luck I hope you fellows can pull it off.
  11. Saiga on the cheap first do the work yourself. I have less than $900 bucks into mine and I saw one at a gun show which was not as nice as mine for like $1400 the two guns had a lot of the same parts! My gun as a few extras the gunshow Saiga did not have. So do the work yourself you will save over $500 bucks. There you go. My humble opiinion! While I'm not the fastest shooter and simply shoot for fun and comradery I can say that my gun is 100% reliable.
  12. Let me say this "very often it's the Indian not the bow" good luck. I used a Saiga 7.62x39 for a while I like the hitting power anyway good luck.
  13. That looks pretty much like mine! Good luck with it!
