Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I’ll take the powder.

  2. What other section ... open pistol...just kidding. I thought the discussion on the Ruger Precision Rifle would be found in the Precision Rifle section ... guess I was mistaken.
  3. What do you guys think about the Ruger Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor ? Anybody have one?
  4. I can tell you guys having been to Montana Gold factory in Kalispell, MT many times that Norm is the first one there 5 or 6 am and the last one to leave 5 or 6 pm every day. Norm and Jolean are great people and make a good living working thier butts off day in and day out but are far from rich. It's a pretty rare prize table that you couldn't find something from Montana Gold...oh and their bullets are the best. My point is that any price increase is probably to cover increased costs.
  5. The weather was great, the match was great and my squad was the best but my ammo can was not so great. Always remember, you CAN win some and you CAN lose some...I picked the wrong can...story of my life. Thanks to the match staff for all the hard work it takes to put on this match. Congratulations to Kalani on his win and Brian...oh so close. One of the best parts of the match for me was watching these guys in action. A special thanks to my squad, great people and hard workers looking forward to shooting with all you again.
  6. I just monted a 1.5-6 burris on my AR using the LaRue SPR-1.5 I won last year in Texas and it's perfect in every way.
  7. You'er going to have problems with the slugs you'er shooting. Go to something that matches your shot unless your shot is high base 1600 fps in which case you had better be running at least a 25 pound recoil spring. Dusty
  8. The minute I saw the Seekins I new it was the one for me. I couldn't buy one, back orderd, but got lucky and won one at the Texas 3-gun. It is the best hand gaurd I've ever had. It's every thing Pat says and then some. Dusty
  9. Great match, great weather, and great RO's lots of fun. I'll definitely be back next year. My R&R Targets Saiga rocked not one problem me on the other hand...big problem. Thanks again to everyone who made this match happen.
  10. I have ran a 15" PRI for a long time and really liked it. This spring I saw what I thought was the best hand guard ever, of course unavailable.Well lo and behold I won one at the Laure match this spring. Look at the 14" one at the bottom of this link http://www.seekinsprecision.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13&Itemid=17 Flat bottom and sides holes for quick detach sling a well designed handgun and just as light as my PRI. It's the one I'll be using on all my rifles. Dusty
  11. As I was walking back to my room at the Motel 6 from putting my clothes in the dryer, down the hall, room after room all I could hear was snapping and clicking.
  12. Is there a competitor list anywhere. I can't remember if I entered on not. Thanks, Dusty
  13. Have a CMMG and it would never run. Got a Nordic and it would never not run.
  14. The reflectors on the side of the road have a little rivet that holds them on to the post. Look for it, you'd be surprised how clear it can be for an instant at 75 mph as you go by. Dusty
