  3. Same here, I'm on an iphone and it won't let me log in. I've verified my login credentials.
  4. Was the tumbler running the entire month? I use corn cob media with Dillon polish. The media comes from Grainger. I pretty much only shoot outdoors so the lead has to come from somewhere. Back then, I only washed my hands at the end of the session, ate Beef jerky slaps, so you know your hands are all over it. Bullets were Moly from Bear Creek and Precision Bullets. The tumbler never occurred to me as a possible source of lead.
  5. A little late to the game here, but I've used dryer sheets in the vibratory cleaner to reduce dust, do you think this will capture any lead dust?
  6. gransport, that is so cool. For the 10/22, I one in their pink laminated multi colored stocks. I do have a spare receiver along with a .920 barrel. I also have an old Fajen unfinished thumbhole stock. Eric....I may be interested, let me know what you have? When you have kids and grandkids....one can never have enough 10/22's.
  7. OK, so the Nordic looks like an alternative if I can use the Magpul stock and a standard AR free float tube. lefty o - You don't have any issues with the brass flying across your face?
  8. OK, so because of funds, this was going to be a long process. But my daughter saw the Pink Magpul furniture and asked what it was for and now wants to build one. So my daughter is 9, how old was your child's first AR? My issue is that she's a south paw. She shoots her Pink Daisy left handed. Should I build her AR left handed? I was looking for a Pink Lower and upper. A left handed Pink upper is the challenge, unless I have it all painted. Any advice on what you guys did for your junior shooters? Oh, and being behind enemy lines, she's going to have to deal with the new 2017 Bullet bu
  9. I didn't bring my guns, but some of the guys I'm with are interested in going to a range. Anyone recommend one that rents guns as well? I'm staying in the Downtown area. I saw the one that does machine gun rentals with 72 hour notice, not quite what we have the budget for.
  10. I have used factory cases with a locking hole. Never had a problem with TSA. However, this is inside of my suitcase, not just checking in the case. I would recommend investing is a Pelican case for pistols. I've collected a serveral over the years, but found the 1600 to be a good size for pistols with some gear and ammo. You can always find them used for a decent price.
  11. Boy is it cold here! I use Titegroup and we know how hot that burns, I bet if I shoot here, the gun will never get a chance to heat up!
  12. Yea, that's what I kinda thought. Looks like I'll be there a month too early.
  13. Is it too cold for anything? Debating on bring my toys if there's anything going on.
