  1. High Richrd, The sear spring shape can be modified to to give you any pull you desire. see Article on https://www.pistolthoughts.com
  2. I have written a comprehensive article on tuning the Beretta trigger. It can be viewed at: http://www.pistolthoughts.com/berettatuning.php The beretta 92 is one of the most tunable handguns available. The SA trigger can be tuned to an exact preference, the SA take-up can also be tuned and with a Langdon Optimized Trigger bar, the reset is incredibly short. The DA pull can be reduced to 6-7 pounds. This article also shows the primer indent between the 12# and 13# hammer spring. You can tune it yourself with a few parts form Langdon Tactical.
  3. I wrote this article on how to tune a Beretta 92 trigger to your preferences. You do not need to buy a kit. However, there are a few parts that are required. For myself, I tuned my Beretta 92x and 92FS to 6 pound DA and 2.9 pound SA. I set the SA pre-travel to 3mm and the reset to 2mm with no over-travel. The DA is smooth. The values you prefer are obtainable and do not have to be the same as mine. The Beretta 92 trigger is very customizable and the work can be done my almost anyone with decent mechanical skills. In this document, at every step the trigger measurements are documented so you can tell the impact. Beretta 92 Trigger Article
