  1. Yeah, I have a uplula and it's the best thing "since sliced bread." it will totally save your thumbs. I can load a 20 round mag in under 30 seconds. Can the uplula be used on 2011/double stack mags too? If so where would one get such a miraculous paw saving device?
  2. As a female who carries, I have been through a few different scenarios with this. One thing I think is most important is that the gun be lightweight, familiar, and small. I had what I thought was the perfect carry gun but it was too heavy. Too heavy to put in my pocket, purse, or elsewhere for any length of time. Then it got to the point I wouldn't carry it. Better to carry a smaller caliber, with fewer rounds, than to have nothing. And if it is lighter, you are not as tempted to set the purse down leaving you unarmed. Honestly I have found plenty of deisgner and fashionable purses with a pouch of their own that I turned into my very own "holster" purse. The key for me was getting the right pistol to carry, not the method of carrying it. With my current pistol, I put it in my pocket when I walk the dogs, it can go in my purse when I go to the store, or it could fit in my bra if I didn't have pockets!
  3. I might make this match just for fun, but I must know what your 4 letter abbreviation stands for. Sorry to be unschooled in this, I've been busy studying other things If I decide to go, I will definitely make the dinner you are planning too. I'd stay the night before - that 0445 stuff is not a part of my schedule and never will be!
  4. Kevin, I loved the videos! I am especially proud of my brother and his yoga moves He works hard to stay in shape and has been amazed at his increased flexibility. Good to know it pays off in IPSC as well! Due to my vertical challenges I usually get a great benefit at shots like that Thanks for sharing those, it was a great day of shooting I thought and it is always nice to see a video of yourself and find what things you can improve on!
