No. Brand new. I don't have to hold the lever down but rather just need to make a deliberate effort to push it to the very bottom of it's travel.

Just got my TSO and love it. By far the finest handgun I own. My concern is the safety. Casually moving the safety is not enough, There seems to be a dead area between safe and fire. By this I mean I have to put downward pressure on the lever to get the gun to fire. It seems the detent is not there. Anyone else notice this?

Would love to buy one but I cant understand why they don't have a rail. I am a big believer in a light on a HD gun. Currently, if you want a rail or groove, there are very few steel guns out there.

Hi guys. Found this thread while looking at the TSO. I was going to pick up the TSO but saw the new TS2 and really like the looks of the race green. The only model TS2 I can find is the one with blue grips. Is that something different than the 3 models being discussed here? Are these in the wild yet? Also, anyone see pricing? Thanks
