Like I told them on another forum, MIne still works like a charm, and still helps me work up a nice load for 9,45,10mm . And I can still use it to work on my draws and first shot times. And since Im not in the game anymore, that works for me! Thanks Jeff

Has the MKIV timer /chronograph become odsolete? Lack of interest I pulled mine from sell, and have decided to keep it. BUt Ive heard about the new technology, (labradar and other) Has the MKIV become the old kid on the block, mine still work perfect as a chronograph and a timer!

WINCHESTERPRIMERS.COM Dont use this one, Buddy of mine told me they had primers, checked it out ! First the phone number isnt working, 2nd, they had a chat with techs, Tech was iffy about answering question as in not answering! 3rd will not accept debit/credit card as payment ! They had every primer made listed as in stock, the first red flag for me was how cheap the prices were, heck even hazmat was only listed as $35 Damn this crazy S**T has broght allthe worms out of the woodwork. Just have to be on your toes!

Well I just ordered 2500+ ,As soon as it gets here I will report on what kind of quality it is! With some of the prices Im seeing on brass now a days ,I figure a little over 6 cents a piece isn't too bad ,and that's including shipping!

This may have been discussed before, But has anyone dealt with Diamond K brass ? Used the brass and what kind of quality was the brass? Any info would be helpful, Im thinking about buying some 9mm fromthem. Thanks Jeff

I haven't looked at the ejector that close yet, Will tomorrow , when I have my Sunday cleaning session. The emissary , my loaded Springer and a couple glocks. I don't know how 45 is the wrong caliber, specially since I didn't get it for competition! My thoughts right now, and after shooting it for the first time, is EDC! But I would also I wouldn't hesitate to shoot a match with it! I know most bull barrel guns are 9mm or 38super, But from what Ive seen shooting the emissary today, the bull barrel is going to make this 45 a tack driver. Also here s a pic of the new 45 in the stable!

Just picked up the emissary at lunch time! Just now got done with a shooting session with it, and its a keeper! I love it, it has earned a place beside my Springfield loaded 45. flawless function, very accurate and I love the hellcat sites! The slimline grips on it, I thought wouldn't like them ,but fits my hand like a glove .I only put about 100rds through it, But I can tell, it is a great 45 IMO! The one thing I did notice is that It came with 2 mec-gar mags ,they functioned flawless, But I will be getting several more WIlson mags for it. Every Springfield 45 I have owned has always came with Metal form mags , guess they made a deal with mec gar. Anyway this Is my first thoughts on my new Emissary, But I plan on a more detailed report ,Once I get to my range back home! IMO, buy one you cant go wrong, besides you have Springfield's great warranty to back it up! Jeff PS I will post pic later tonight

Has anyone yet, bought or fired one of the Springfield Emissary 1911 pistols? I had a chance to handle one today at my LGS and I have to say just holding it, it feels good, and I love the Hellcat sights on the tri-top slide I have to say ,It may just come home with me tomorrow!

I know everyone loves Montana gold bullets, But I shoot extremes and have not had any trouble getting bullets from them! And just ordered 2 boxes from Missouri bullets and should receive them in about a week! I just wish I could lay my hands on a few thousand small pistol primers, now that would really make my day !!

Shootersworld Ultimate pistol if you can find it, it is working great for me in my Gen 3 20sf. Iove it

I will chrono again, But at 25yrds I am inside a 2 inch circle from a rest and free hand I can take that circle clean off the paper! As soon as I can I will post some pics. I have found though that the Ultimate pistol is not temp sensitive. I my ammo sits in the house on the bench in air conditioning and I can go right out and shoot it, or let it set and warm up, And I can tell only a slight difference in numbers. Like I said I will chrono again and post some pics when I have time, working 60 hours a week plays hell on range time!

Finally Worked up some loads for 45 using the pound of Shooters' world Ultimate pistol ! And I love it ! My load is 4.7 grs under a 200gr SWC CCI large pistol primers mixed brass Pistol Springfield loaded stainless , factory recoil spring Average FPS 830 SDs - 22 to 26 SDs arent the best but the load is a very soft shooting, And Im putting shots in a spot on paper the size of a silver dollar, at 25 yds., from a rest very close to that off hand. The powder measures very well in the Dillon powder measure, the only thing about it is, have to be careful, lot of room to double charge if your not careful . I just hope the availability get better, I've only got the one pounder. I would say that shooters world powder is a good one !

I shoot exreme plated bullets, 9mm,10mm, and some 45 , Every order I have placed with extreme have not had a problem with ,Just ordered 1000 200gr flat point bullets for 10mm , last week ,had the order in hand in 4 days

I have found loads of SPP at online stores, BUT ,The places I have found spp are all in Canada, and none of them will ship to the USA! Every place I have found primers, in Canada, has a good supply and reasonable prices, none of the the $200 prices seen here in the US. I would like to know ,why can I find ample primers in Canada Fed, CCI, and Winchester. And all the Manufactures are saying no primers till nest year, or all our primers are going to ammo production? Wish I knew someone who lived or was going to Canada ,maybe I could swing getting a few 1000 !

I use N330 with all gr bullets !

Everyone uses VV320, and I have myself! But for me VV330 s the only way to go for 9MM! I started out with AANo5 for GSSF, I was introduced to VV powder during that time, did my research and being that VV330 is about the same burn rate as AA5, and was cleaner burning It was a no, brainier ! VV 330 was he way to go, even though I have switched from Rem 147 match bullets, to Extrene 147 RN, I constantly get 127 to 130 PF out of my VV330 loads, with low SD s!

Whats the most anyone here is wiling to pay for Ginex small pistol primers? Ive found some, But want to hear what everyone is willing to pay! The primers I found can be had for 9 cents a round if bought 10000 at time! A little to rich for me

Never mind , I just checked into the primers, a buddy of mind told me about them. They come in 5000 only, and after the price, plus shipping and hazmat, they will be around 97 to $100 a thousand. Beside they are like everyone else, OUT OF STOCK! Guess my buddy didnt check into them to deeply, beside, I couldnt get use to the fact that they are Russian made and My dollars will be going over seas! SO I will just ration what I have on hand
