  1. For the egw hammer/sear. I had some issues with hammer follow. Any advice?
  2. I got the 8lb pd hybrid in my 9mm domina. 167+ pf,,124gr. I like it. Swapped out a regular standard 8lb. I will stick with the pd hybrid,
  3. 3 or 4 fimes ..the head stamp gets faded i put in the club match/lost brass .
  4. Patriot defence has a recoil spring they say works with long or standard length guide rods
  5. I had similiar issue recently, and i think a longer ejector can be desirable, but i realize that the ejector should be tight to the inside of the slide, to get good contact with the brass. I swapped out sear cages yesterday as I had some brass that got stuck between the mount and the slide. I have good extractor tension, and after i swapped out sear cages, the issue went away.
  6. I ran 10lb for years, then tried a 9 and an 8lb in my stock2’. If the gun is worked in , go with an 8lb using 147gr at 131 pf. For factory ammo in 147gr, I would say try the 10lb. (Likely 144pf). my open gun (domina 9mm major), I run the same 8lb spring that I run in the s2. I have even thought a 7lb might be doable in the open gun, as it dips slightly when it returns to battery.
  7. What trigger do you prefer? Xtreme flat? I have the oem and I feel it is too far forward.
  8. Trying some autocomp over a 124gr projectile. 1.16oal, 6.7+ of autocomp gets , me about 1350fps. might bump it up to 6.8.
  9. Thanks! I am running similar....124gr tmj Fmj, 1.160 oal..7.7gr hs6, srp. 170 ish.
  10. Curious as to what loads you have had success with? The domina’s have no barrel holes and a 7 port comp (3 up, 2 either side), OR,..if you have run a 9major Tanfo and what you had success with...
  11. V8 38 super Frankenstein gun. domina 9major. Alex mounts for both
  12. Certain 38 super mags work, others do not. I found that older 38 super Tanfo magazines work in my domina, and also use the k9mags that I believe come with the newer 9mm dominas. I am loading to 1.60 with no mag issues so far. Gun runs really good using an 8lb recoil spring. Could be a 9lb, as I got my springs mixed up.
  13. Something to note, the newer domina’s have a stroked slide, and utilize a short guide rod. If I recall correctly, the older v8/Eric’s used a longer guide rod.
  14. That sounds like an Australian length stock2.
  15. Yep. Round off, and polish if that bottom of breach face angle is too sharp.
  16. I have 1 for small frame, it is a pita to make reliable. You need to use a heavy hammer spring too.
  17. FYI, I got lucky and tried the factory sear (brownish color), with the egw prepped hammer. Even with the heavy hammer spring, trigger went from meh, to great. I was having some fitting challenges with the egw sear. I will still work on it, but for now the brownish Oem sear (Unica) is working out great. Didn’t have to fit it 2 the safety either. Bonus.
  18. I am running a domina with some go fast parts, fitting an egw hammer sear combo currently. I had the barrel reamed to accept 1.165+ oal 124gr ammo. Interesting that the guide rod is short, vs longer in v8’s.
