Looks for Match (2/11)

  1. Same haha! I'll pull the video up as well as I am performing each drill.
  2. So it changed, for the first year or so no issues. Currently been fighting it for forever though. I thought this might be the case as well but I checked it every time and found the spring wasn't binding up, at least not from this issue. https://rothperformance.com/product/rci-follower/ This looks like the follower that came with my gun and I don't see any nicks/burrs or anything on it that would catch. What work do you do to the factory follower? I tried a low drag phase 5 follower for a little bit because I suspected the follower but it ran about the same. This is a good point on the mag spring, I generally bend the cut side a bit but I will try what you are saying and see if that helps. Some good points! I'll play around with the follower/mag spring again and double check that the carrier dog isn't wobbling around.
  3. Dryfire 15 mins a day also, I try really hard not to change anything equipment wise but if I do I check it through a couple extra sessions and a range trip pre-match.
  4. This this this, it has helped me out so much lately. Also found this out from a Ben Stoeger video.
  5. Had this issue as well, started and ended all of my dry fire sessions with 50 reps of just looking at the target and drawing. It eventually has settled in muscle memory.
  6. Welcome Ken! Awesome to have another guy from so close to home.
  7. Whoops will do thanks and I will reach out!
  8. If you are trying to keep costs super super low just to get back into things you can always go for an LEO trade-in glock (sometimes you can even find the sig) or something (you probably won't find the optics cut), but then youre only $300ish for the pistola. I bought a tp9sfx when I first started for like $450 from kygunco, for that price that's a hell of an optics cut pistol though not as heavy/nice as the rival-s. I think you can still find them for around there.
  9. I should note that I did find this extremely informative thread by Jason that you guys helped out with awhile ago but didn't know if this was going to help solve my issue because my shells aren't making it all the way out onto the follower (though I have experienced this same issue but rarely).
