For giggles I just took a 1.5mm hex tool and pushed the bottom battery contact up a bit and now the optic turns on. I have no idea if any optic like the Romeo3 Max requires periodic tweaking like what I just did or if it was just a fluke that it now turns on.

Got a new Romeo 3 Max and put it on my new G34 MOS. Have 600 rounds through the gun and the optic doesn't turn on. I'm calling Sig Wed morning but was wondering if there is a simple, secret "fix" other than putting in a new battery. Thanks

Are all generation connectors interchangeable...can you put a stock Gen 3 or 4 connector in a Gen 5 gun? Thanks

I have a potentially stupid question...would having a heavier locking block in the gun do its part in reducing muzzle flip a tiny bit? If so, does anyone make heavier than normal locking blocks for a Gen 5 G34? Thx

I spoke to Wolff and they said they don't make guide rods or recoil springs for any Gen 5 models.

Interesting. I think I've seen surveys that show the top 3 guns in CO nationals are X5, S2 and G34. No mention of G17 or G19.

Sorry but I'm not sure what the green arrow is supposed to be showing.

People say it needs to be in an "S" configuration. If the end that attaches to the housing is facing down, then the end attached to the trigger bar arm needs to face up. Is that correct?

I'll look. If the firing pin and firing pin safety move "normally" and the connector wasn't bent, any other suggestions?

I have the Gen 4 and am not a gunsmith. Did my first trigger job. Pull was 5+ lbs before any work. I took some 2000 grit sandpaper to the usual surfaces every one says to work over a bit. Then took a Dremel and Flitz to polish all the areas. Put the gun back together and now the pull is 7+ lbs. Any suggestions on where to look for the cause of a worse pull?

Personal preference and probably what you started out shooting with. I have a G19 with no trigger work and a Wilson Combat 1911 with no trigger work and I'd take the WC any day all day. Just my preference.
