  1. Watch the classifieds here, and determine who's builds come up the most often or are slow to sell, compare that with guns that come up seldom and sell quickly. I'm not an engineer.

  3. http://www.weighttraining.com/exercises/ski-squat Do not let your knees go out over your toes, sit back into the squat. Slowly build up your reps. Do this exercise 2-3 times per week. When you get up to 30 and 40 reps you will also be giving your circulatory/respiratory system a workout.
  4. Sweeney did make top 5, but Dave was 3rd, and was almost a tie for 2nd with Bob V.
  5. I had good luck using a ISMI PO 45 mag spring with the Arredondo 140 base pads. I was getting 18 relaodable with old style followers.
  6. When I first got into pistol competition, Boyd let me come to his home and learn how to reload. I spent many nights there running a 550, 650, and Square deal. He taught me all the little intricacies of those machines. He was always willing to help new shooters and often carried extra belts, mag pouches and holsters in his truck , in case someone needed to borrow one. He truly loved to shoot guns, all guns, any gun! His son Garris just won B class Open and High Junior at GA State this past weekend. Boyd couldn't make that trip to GA, as he had just traveled to the match prior; Area 8 and it took too much out of him. Boyd passed away early Sunday morning. I will miss this funny, great, guy... some good times that won't be forgotten. Here is the Obit:http://www.jmdunbar.com/home/index.cfm/obituaries/view/fh_id/14274/id/2678549

  9. Shot thousands on 40's out of a 10mm Glock, bought an extra extractor to have "just in case", but never needed it.
  10. I have used over 4.0 grains of Clays with 230's, no problems with pressure. I think I have been at 4.2-4.3 shooting out of a Glock 21

  12. Thanks to the South Carolina crew for putting on a fun, safe, and challenging match. AND, thanks for paying back to the participants. Some other match directors could learn some valuable information, IF they wanted it.
