    3D modeled TS magazines?

I have shadow mags, a caliper, and a remedial knowledge of CAD. I could try to create a basic drawing for you.

These look incredible. If you ever get these going and are willing to make one for the Shadow 2, I would be willing to pay you for the STL.
  3. I'm running the standard R1 on my X5 Legion. Had to open the holes up ever so slightly, but it works. I've had no problems so far.
  4. For me, the savings weren't THAT much compared to what I settled on. And those didn't require any extra work on my part to have running near flawlessly.
  5. So, I'm new to the sport. Very first match I ever shot was actually IDPA using a Walther PPQ 4" Second stage, I shot and reloaded. Shot some more and reached for my 3rd magazine to reload again to find...well...nothing. Looking at the video, you can clearly see the 3rd magazine fall out and to the ground when I grabbed my second one. I never even noticed. Had no idea where I'd lost it, so I just took the penalties for not engaging the last targets and laughed about it. A bit later, I'm hooked and I've moved into USPSA. Now shooting my current XFive Legion in Carry Optics. It was the second stage of the day once again. I had my stage meticulously planned out. Shot my first array, reloaded (never noticing something was different), bang, bang, lock back. That day I learned that it's important to reload your magazines in between stages so that they have more than 1 round in them.
  6. I actually went to an indoor match in Lodi in December. Being new to the sport, I'm not sure if it's the norm or not, but it seemed to take FOREVER! It was a 4 stage match that started at 10am. We didn't get done until about 3:30pm. Indoor seemed to take so much longer than outdoor matches. I've not done an outdoor match at Lodi yet. The only outdoor matches I've done were in Ripon. I thoroughly enjoyed those.
  7. I'm a little late to the party. But I run 3.9gr of Sport Pistol with Blue Bullets 125gr RN with an OAL of 1.135". My groups an phenomenal out of the X5 Legion.
  8. I'm going to go against the grain. I tried some Brazos for loading in my Walther PPQ 4". I did not have luck with them at all. In fact, I was experiencing tumbling even at 10 yards. With that said, I contacted them, and they were super helpful in trying to get me squared away. In the end it didn't really work for me, but the fact that they were willing to work with me and try to help me find a load was a huge plus to me.
  9. So I live in Southwest Wisconsin, and sadly, I thought that maybe we'd luck out and have a mild winter. I was very wrong. The snow and cold has arrived. I started my addiction to USPSA this fall on a whim. That whim absolutely turned into an obsession. I'm counting the days until I can get back outside and start shooting again. I'm hoping a place like this can help to ease the pain until the warmth returns. Anyone else feel my pain?
