They must have had those memory eraser timers.....

Embrace the jitters- it's worse when you don't get them because you don't care.

650Xl I bought in college some 11 years ago. Debating on going to a bigger machine or just sticking with what is already paid for.

My favorite podcast!

Both. Depends on what you're going for. I like to pull the DA and try to work the now dead trigger in the SA 'zone' and not let it reset, this is pretty close to an actual SA movement.

In my case, right handed/left handed dominant, I shoot PISTOL right handed with no problem. I move the pistol a little bit towards my dominant eye(left) until I find " the right spot."
Now LONG GUNS, I shoot left handed. At the end you have to find what best works for you. It is a combination of adapting your body and training, which plays an important part. For me is a natural thing after doing it for so long. Time will tell which position is the best.
Thanks!

I have the Dillon RF100 and love it. It loads a tube in about 45 seconds or less (never timed but not long) and have never had to slow down my reloading due to empty primer tubes. It's kinda loud, but it works really well.
No, I would not consider the use of the RF100 as the minority at all.
Thanks. That's pretty quick. I guess it comes down to more work for less cost or less work for more cost.

+1 for the vibraprime. It takes about 10-20 seconds to fill a tube. I usually fill ten tubes and then just load.
The VP comes with a filler tube that you are then supposed to use and then transfer the primer from that to your normal tube. I just fill the normal dillon tubes directly instead of using the supplied tube.
It's fast and hard to beat the price.
Awesome, thanks!

I might be in the minority but I love my Dillon RF100. Obviously more expensive than but I don't care. I love the multitasking!
Is it any better than the FA vibra prime?

My daughter is right handed and left eye dominant. What I notice is that she simply holds the pistol normally but in front of her left eye. Nothing more than that. In fact that is how we figured out she was left eye dominant. I was standing behind her and noticed she shot with the gun a little bit to the left. It was nothing I taught her, she just did it on her own.
Ok that was my first thought, just shift the gun a little bit. My other thought was to have him turn his head so the pistol sights stayed relatively center line of his body but then he could just line up his left eye instead.....idk.

My oldest son is 8 years old and cross eye dominant. Unfortunately for him I'm not and have no clue what to do about it. What do you guys and gals that are cross eye dominant recommend to help him out?

Mine is doing the same thing, interested to hear what people have to say.

What do you do to be more efficient with primers in your loading? Dillon primer filler..... Frankford Arsenal vibra prime..... just do it by hand and have 20 tubes?

The dot seems a little star-bursty turned up all the way while dry firing inside. Two steps down from all the way up is plenty fine inside the house. First time I've ever had a red dot that was too bright, though. Will have to see how it does outside tomorrow. I like the way a lighter gun feels and somewhat confirms I need to build a 5" middy gun someday, both mine now are over 50 oz and 5.4" barrels,,, never ends,,,
Thanks. Do you notice any magnification on the sig?

I have been running both on Open gun frame mounts. I think the Max is a bit better as an Open sight and will probably move the SRO to a CO gun where it seems more at home if I get another Max. Either are very good sights, assuming they hold up.
Do you get any magnification with the sig?

Sounds like you tried everything on the gun. Have you tried adjusting the load? More or less powder, different powder, etc?

Leave it on whole match and all of practice.
That's what I usually do with the DPP.

On movement. Pretty much if you touch the gun, it turns on.
Also if it is in your holster, as soon as you move it will turn back on.
Great thanks. Last question, do you leave it on the whole match or turn it off between stages?
-
I like to remind myself that everyone else has to shoot their first stage of the match too. Sometimes I just want to survive the stage and sometimes I want to set the bar- I've found that always being in attack mode yields better results than being in a 'hope' mode.

If you don't have a backup, you'll need it.
If you have a backup, you'll never need it.
Just a thought.
I very much subscribe to this line of thinking.
