I've seen 2x STI slide cuts be the point where cracks started to develop. Running IPSC major factor seems like slide cuts just introduces another point of failure.

I've had the 3rd front sight snap off on my Pantera. Have thus far replaced several MIM parts (extractor, Ambi safety, etc) Do you guys know which front slide cut works with the Pantera? Want to replace with a quality part. Given its the 3rd front sight, I'm suspecting an issue with the slide cut..... Anyone experience similar???

@allamericanbp Did your Dawson front sight hold up? I have now had 3 SPS front sights all snap in the same place. Would like to go with a more quality component, but concerned that it might be the slide cut itself causing the problem. Have you found out what the issue is? Thanks
