You can ask some local CRO/RO's. Depends on the gun your using. I've been told to take the rule at face value. To me "trigger assembly" includes all the parts that require the trigger to function. As for spring, any spring is game, but one cant change guide rods or anything like that unless its OEM. Hope this helps.
