Warranty return was approved. 4-6 week turnaround unfortunately but it will get taken care of.

Submitted a warranty request with CZ, hopefully they can send a replacement barrel and avoid sending the gun away for a month.

Just picked up a sp-01 yesterday. No rounds through it yet but when I field stripped it today I noticed some decent gashes on the underside of the barrel - the flat part that comes in contact just over the trigger assembly. It doesnt look like normal surface wear, but deeper lines to where I can feel them with my fingernail if I run it across. Will these work themselves out over time or is it not something to be concerned with at all. Thanks!
