I just got my first batch of RMR 124 JHP MPRs and have started the process of finding an OAL that works. I'm planning on going with CFE starting at 4.9 and looking to get to 1100 FPS or so. Right now it plunks at 1.08" but doesn't spin as freely as I'd like. I was initially using Blue Bullets 147 RN with Titegroup and had to seat at 1.09". I'd hoped that the RMR profile would allow me to load a little longer but when I compare the RMR to my 124 HSTs (1.10") there's pretty noticeable difference in profile. My S2 only has 1k rounds or so and from what I've been told and read they have a fairly tight chamber. I'm curious to see if others have used this combination and what OAL they were able to achieve. I'm starting to wonder if something is off. Hodgdon has the COAL for this combination at 1.15" which definitely is not happening. FWIW I'm using a Dillon 750 with EGW u die, redding seating die and the Lee FCD.
